How usage is counted. A send is counted only after the recipient's current WebSocket accepts the message, including messages sent through an external Pairing. Receiving messages and failed sends do not use the sender's allowance. Only Pro Accounts can initiate an external Pair request; Free and Pro Accounts can accept. Each Account can participate in one pending or active external Pairing, and an active Pairing expires after 6 hours without a successful cross-Account message. Security, identity protection, Pairing warnings and controls, revocation, and delivery correctness are available on both plans.
Pro subscriptions are sold by Creem as Merchant of Record. Cancellation, payment retries, refunds, and applicable transaction taxes follow the payment and subscription-management processes described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
